1. Briefing

This where the client tells us their specific requirements for the project, be it a Logo or a TV Commercial. This is where we will stem all our ideas from, so the information provided here is crucial to the end product. We encourage our clients to be very detailed at this stage to avoid any problems at a later stage.

2. Concepts

The magic begins! After extensive brainstorming, we send the client our initial ideas either in the form of writing, drafts or a basic mock-up. Depending on the type of project we give the client as many options as possible to choose from.

3. Development

By this stage we have a clear route of where we are going, the client has chosen which concept/s they wish to go ahead with and we go ahead and bring the idea to life!

4. Revision

Our clients are given the developed concept to review and see before finalising, usually at this stage the client is excited to see the project materialising, yet occasionally there are a few tweaks that need to be made to a design. This process is more or less adding finishing touches, the cherry is placed on top.

5. Completion

The finishing line is only a few yards away! After making the minor adjustments to the design, we sign the project off only when the client and the designer is 100% with the project outcome. Depending on what the project entailed, either way, we ensure the client receives their design work in the highest possible quality with no fuss...the end!

Work processes for clients who choose a Business package will be considerably different and each client will have a work process and timeline made for their specific needs and times.

New Team with New Services

Very recently Root Digital Factory put together a new design team and added two brand new services - Custom T-shirt graphics and Photography. Now offering 6 different services, we are now more equipped than the average design agency, better yet we work at a lower rate than others too.

The Future

The dream is for Root Digital Factory to become a name that people in the industry are familiar with, a team which people know they can rely on for creative excellence. We also plan to find raw talent and nurture it and help create some more great designers.
